Skjervøy municipality is situated entirety on islands off the coast with the stretch of sea known as Lopphavet as its nearest neighbour.
The archipelago consists of nine islands, of which Arnøya, Laukøya, Uløya, Kågen and Skjervøya are the largest. The administrative centre of Skjervøy municipality is the village of Skjervøy with a population of just over 2,500. You will find nice cosy restaurants/cafés, niche shops, activity providers and places to stay here.
