Program:
Welcome with warm mulled wine(gløgg) as an aperitif.
We'll be serving freshly roasted pork ribs, pinnekjøtt from Mydland, and lutefisk. Accompanying these will be homemade sauerkraut, prunes, carrots, rutabaga mash, pea stew, mustard, brown gravy, served with potatoes and much more.
For dessert, we'll offer homemade caramel pudding, rice pudding with red sauce, Queen Maud dessert, and coffee or tea.
