Nordreisa has the status of a national park municipality, and is a paradise for outdoor activities. Here you can go on a riverboat trip up Reisadalen, or maybe try your luck fishing, hike in mighty nature by the fjord and inland, look over mirrored fjords and climb magical mountain peaks.
The settlement in the municipality consists of the three ethnic groups Kvens, Sami and Norwegians, and the place signs are in these 3 languages.
The administrative centre Storslett has about 1800 inhabitants, and at Storslett and in Sørkjosen you will find a number of shops and restaurants, which have everything you need.
