Start your day in Skjervøy by joining Explore 70 Degrees or Dervola Adventure on a whale safari. Upon returning to Skjervøy you can relax at your hotel or explore the village before meeting up for the wilderness camp experience in the early evening.
Itinerary:
9:30: Meeting time for whale safari
ca 13.30/14.00: Return from the whale safari
Suggestion: lunch at På Hjørnet or Hotel Maritim (not included)
17.30: Meet up for the wilderness camp outside Bunnpris and walk to the camp (ca 1km along a gravel path to a point 161 m.a.s.l.)
ca 20.30: Return to your accommodation

Travel to Skjervøy from Tromsø:
- Book tickets on the Arctic Route bus which departs at 05:30 from Tromsø and corresponds with the starting time of the whale safaris.
- Travel by Hurtigruten or Havila, departing the day before from Tromsø at 18:15, arrives in Skjervøy 22.10
- Rent a car and drive on your own.
