Your Arctic adventure begins in Tromsø, travelling through spectacular fjords and Arctic landscapes towards the Lyngen Alps in our comfortable, heated vehicle.


Upon arrival, set off with your guide on snowshoes through the peaceful winter landscape, surrounded by snow-covered mountains and pristine Arctic wilderness.


After the hike, enjoy a warm local lunch by the fjord before changing into a thermal survival suit for the next part of the adventure.

Step into the Arctic Sea and float comfortably in the cold waters, surrounded by the majestic Lyngen Alps. From the silence of the mountains to the stillness of the sea, From Mountain to Sea offers a unique way to experience the Arctic from two completely different perspectives.

Afterwards, relax on the journey back to Tromsø with unforgettable memories of your Arctic adventure.

Itinerary:

  • Transfer departs at 8:45 AM ICE BAR, Kaigata 4, 9008 Tromsø - Passengers should arrive 15 minutes before pickup time.
  • Ferry at 10.05 to cross to the Lyngen Alps
  • Arrival at Lyngen Experience Activity Hub office at 11.15 AM
  • Snowshoe Hike at 11.20 AM - Introduction and start of the activity
  • Return from hike and lunch at 12.50 PM
  • Arctic Sea floating experience at 01.20 PM
  • Transfer back to Tromsø at 02.40 PM
  • Ferry at 03.25 PM
  • Arrival at ICE BAR, Kaigata 4, 9008 Tromsø at 04.45 PM

If you need to cancel your booking, please note that cancellations can only be made by sending an email to info@lyngenactivityhub.com and reception@lyngenexperience.no

Please make sure to include your booking number and the name under which the booking was made in your message.


Bookings can be cancelled up to 96 hours before the activity starts at no cost. After that, 100% will be charged.


This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the activity will be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
