Husky hike - Into the wild

Huge mountains, crystal-clear streams, beautiful waterfalls, green forest, wild animals, berries, a view of the fjords from a mountaintop... This is what hiking is all about. And you get to enjoy it all with a husky pulling you along. The belt around your waist and the harness on the dog are connected by a flexible rope, the husky goes in front of you and helps you hike. Huskies are the best hiking companions, with them you can really enjoy every step of the hike. You are never alone, they are always with you as a companion and together we can overcome the obstacles ahead as a real team. You express your happiness with a caress, they express their with a wag of the tail and a kiss. They are born to explore, and they are happiest when they can do that, whether it's an older dog or a learning puppy. An adventurous tour with a true Nordic sled dog. What's more, there's a good chance we'll see some wild animals.

Duration: 2 hours between June 1 and October 30 from 10:00-12:00.

This time includes the preparations for the tour, the tour itself, snack time, packing after the tour. This time does not include the trip with car to the husky farm and back to your accomodation. 

It is possible to take a longer trip if you wish. The duration is 4 hours, + 1.000 NOK. During this time, we can even climb to the top of a mountain, where the view is breathtaking.

Attire: It is recommended to come in clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty according to the weather. We provide: rain pant and jacket, rubber boots and the necesarry equiopment.

This tour is suitable for all ages (for children who can walk already few kilometres).
