Husky hike to Blåisvatnet - the Blue lake of Lyngen
Join one of our local guides for a hike to the beautiful Blåisvatnet, accompanied by one or more of our joyful and playful Alaskan huskies.
The huskies at our kennel come in all different sizes and shapes and with a variety of different personalities. Some off them are calm and focused and know how to save their energy, while others are full off curiosity about their surroundings and are always up for an adventure.
If you are more than one person joining us for this trip, we will try to match you up with a dog that will be a good companion for you. You will have a hipharness to attach your dog to the leash, so please let us know if you have problems with your back.
The guide will tell you more about the dogs on the hike and also about the area that you are moving through. We will stop at the lake and have lunch, which will also give you an opportunity to take photos of the bright blue lake and the sharp peaks of the Lyngen alps that surrounds the lake.
Note: If you have already been on a hike to the lake or you prefer to see a different area of Lyngen, please let us know and we will arrange for an alternative route for you and the huskies.
