Departure TROMSØ: Afternoon Dogsledding in beautiful Skibotn valley

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon adventure with our energetic Alaskan Huskies.Their friendly spirit and enthusiasm set the tone for an authentic Arctic experience.

Together, we’ll mush through the valley of Skibotn, gliding between snow-covered pine forests and into the stunning white mountain landscape. Along the way, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the extraordinary Lyngen Alps. 


As the afternoon light gradually shifts toward evening, the peaceful Arctic wilderness surrounds us, creating a truly magical atmosphere. After an exciting and scenic journey, we return to the cosy camp, filled with memories of teamwork, nature, and the incredible bond between you and your husky team.


This is more than a tour – it’s a true Arctic dogsledding experience.

1 December – 31 March (If the snow has not come, we drive with carts)  


MEETING POINT

12:30 outside Scandic Ishavshotel Tromsø, the Activenorth bus leaves at 12:45. Look for the Activenorth bus. Arrival in Helligskogen Fjellstue ca 15:00.

Back in Tromsø ca 21.00.


DURATION OF ACTIVITY

3.5 hr at the Camp (Preparations, instructions, approx. 1 hr 30 min dog sledding, snack and relaxing at the camp) + transfer from Tromsø ca 2 hours each way.
