Accommodation: The base is our comfortably furnished apartments located just 50m from the water's edge. The apartments are comfortably equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. The kitchen is modern, clean and fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay: plates, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with leather seating and has a traditional Norwegian fireplace. TV, DVD, and Wi-Fi (free) are all provided so you can stay connected with the outside world if you wish. In addition, there is a heated cellar that guests are welcome to use for storing skis, drying equipment/clothes and laundry facilities. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful with nearly no traffic and unlimited space for kids to play around. Itinerary: Day 1: Sunday - Arrival day: We can pick you up at Tromsø (added cost) or you come with your own car or by bus. Day 2- 7: Depending on your ski skills, we will go longer or shorter skiing tours. There are hundreds of possible trips available and we will find the best solutions for your family so that everybody, adults and kids, can have fun together. We will go skiing at least on 3 days, where we will try as well to do one trip boat to a remote island. The length of the skiing trips depends on your skills. We will also try ice climbing and do a avalanche safety training, which is great fun for the kids – when finding buried beacons. Another day we will go out fishing, so everybody can hopefully catch their first fish for the evening dinner. On the free day there is the chance to book dogsledding or snowmobiling (added costs). When you book full board, we serve you breakfast and dinner in our cozy café. The lunch you will make at the breakfast table. Day 8: Sunday - Departure day Included:

• Accommodation in apartments with private bathroom for the family

• Guided activities for the whole family during the 5 days, such as ski touring, fishing, ice climbing and other winter activities

Price season 2026:

• NOK 39 000 per pers (min 3 persons – 2 adults, one child paying 50%)
• Children 3-12 years: 50% discount
• Children >3 years: 90% discount
• Pick up Tromsø for one group/family of 3 return: NOK 6 000
• Snowmobiling: NOK 3,000 per pers
• Dogsledding: NOK 2,000 per pers
• Babysitting week: NOK 15,000

Arrival: Sunday preferred The guides: Our experienced IVBV guides, with their excellent local knowledge, will help you get the most from your trip to Lyngen, showing you the best ski touring routes and the most spectacular climbs and hikes. As professionals, they will ensure your safety, provide thorough knowledge of the area, topography, maps and navigation equipment. They will help you raise your skills and advise you on all aspects of moving and surviving in the Arctic. Be aware: Bad weather can cause many challenges in the High Arctic – flights and boats are cancelled or delayed and activities cannot proceed as planned. Please note that as a consequence the programme can be changed at short notice. Note: We reserve the right to modify the activity programme. We will do all activities, but we may change the days.
