Winter activities in Skibotn - Snowmobile and dog sledding

Start your day with a scenic drive from Tromsø at 09:00 with the Arctic Route and arrive in Skibotn approx 10:45.

Here you will be meet with one of the guides and get ready for a fun filled day outdoors.

Choose which activity you would like to do in the morning and which one you would like to do in the evening.

After arrival in Skibotn you will meet your guide and get ready for your first activity. After enjoying the outdoors you'll come back for a nice lunch around 13:00.

After lunch you have the option to just relax, explore Skibotn on your own or visit our dog kennel.

The evening activity starts at 19:00 and you'll enjoy yourself outdoors before enjoying a warm meal back in Skibotn around 21:30.

Program for the day:

08:45: Meet at the departure point for the Arctic Route departure for Skibotn (bus towards Alta)

09:00: The bus departs from Tromsø

ca 10:50: You arrive in Skibotn and will be meet by one of our guides to head to our centre to get ready for todays activity

11:00: Depart for your choosen morning activity

Ca 13:30: return to Skibotn for a warm lunch

14:30 - 18:30: Free time in Skibotn, optional to join us for feeding reindeers (extra cost), visiting our dog kennel (extra cost) or explore Skibotn on your own

18:45: Meet up at our centre behind Skibotn Spedisjon (same place as in the morning) to get ready for the evening activity

19:00: Depart for the evening activity

Ca 21:30: Return to Skibotn for a warm meal

23:00: Bus departure back to Tromsø
